Regina Rangi is franchise owner of the 7-Eleven Store located on Baseline/Ayala in Rialto. Regina joined the Board of Directors in February 2008. She currently serves as President of the Chamber.

Melba Rey - California Bank & Trust

Melba Rey is the Vice President of California Bank and Trust located in San Bernardino. Melba joined the Board of Directors for the Rialto Chamber in July of 2007. She is currently President-Elect of the Chamber.

Midge Zupanic - Treasurer

Midge Zupanic is the Treasurer of the Rialto Chamber of Commerce and in the past has served as President for the Chamber. She is active in many aspects of the Chamber and has headed up the Golf Tournament for several years. She is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of East Rialto.

Greg Lantz - City of Rialto Redevelopment Agency

Greg Lantz - Project Manager, City of Rialto Redevelopment Agency. Greg has been a member of the board of directors since 2004. He sits on the Executive Committee, a member of the Taste of Rialto Planning Committee, member of the Business Expo Planning Committee, Quarterly Luncheon Planning Committee and he oversees the City Banner Program.

Rich Scanlan - City of Rialto, Waste Management

Rich Scanlan - Director, Waste Management/Airport, City of Rialto. Rich has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. Rich is a member of the Executive Board of Directors, Director of the Nominating Committee, 100th Anniversary, and Retreat Coordinator.

Colene Garcia - Fed-Ex Express

Colene Garcia, District Manager of Fed-Ex Express joined the Rialto Chamber Board of Directors in July of 2007. She is the Vice President of Legislative Affairs.

John Brockhouse - Brockhouse & Carter, C.P.A.s

John Brockhouse is a Past President of the Rialto Chamber of Commerce. He is a partner in the firm of Brockhouse and Hallum, C.P.A.s located in Rialto, California. Mr. Brockhouse has served in many roles in the Chamber over the years and is currently the Chamber liaison with the Downtown Business Improvement District Association (BIDA). He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of East Rialto.

Joe Sampson - Retired

Former Councilmember for the City of Rialto, Joe has been a member of the Board of Directors in February 2007. He sits on the Rialto Chamber golf committee.

Dana E. Hall - Washington Mutual Home Loans

Dana Hall - Indy Mac Bank. Dana became a member of the Board of Directors in 2006. He is also on the Golf Planning Committee, the Quarterly Luncheon Planning Committee and a alternative for the Legislative Alliance.

Dennis Mobley - San Bernardino Superintendant of Schools

Dennis Mobley represents San Bernardino Superintendant of Schools as liaison to the Rialto Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Mobley is a long-standing participant in every aspect of Chamber activities, especially those dealing with education and other matters related to children and young people in the region.

Judy Roberts - Rialto Police Department

Judy Roberts is the Rialto Police Department liaison to the Rialto Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Roberts is a resident of Rialto and is a active member of the City's Beautification Committee.

Winnie Hanson - City of Rialto

Winnie Hanson is the City of Rialto liaison to the Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Hanson is a member of the Rialto City Council and has been very active with Chamber for many years. She was instrumental in the development of the Rialto Outdoor Stage.

Marvia Vincent - Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc.

Marvia Vincent is the Ramrod Senior Housing, Inc. representative to the Rialto Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Vincent has been an active member of the Chamber for many years representing the interests of our senior community and serving as an ambassador at Chamber functions.

Marilyn Cardosi was the Chair of the Rialto Chamber Ambassador Program. Mrs. Cardosi was active with grand openings, mixers, special events and the Relay for Life Walk, which raises funds for cancer research.
