During your first visit, our dentist or associates will discuss your medical and dental history. You will be asked to fill out a New Patient Form. This form will help us get to know you and medical conditions you may or may not have. The information will also help Dr. Choi have a better understanding of your dental needs. Once the initial process is complete, Dr. Choi may or may not order an X-Ray. If so, the X-Ray will conveniently be completed in the office.

While your visit is taking place, Dr. Choi will explain step by step exactly what she will be doing. She will also talk to you about your current dental status and what you can do to prevent cavities, gum disease and other preventive care. |
